Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an eco-friendly bubble removal system of discharged coolant of a power plant, which can economically and eco-friendly remove bubbles by not using a chemical antifoam agent by discharging treated water generated by sucking and removing generated bubbles of discharged coolant of a power plant, to deep sea. The eco-friendly bubble removal system of the present invention comprises: a floating fence for trapping generated bubbles of discharged coolant of a power plant not to be leaked; a suction unit for sucking the trapped bubbles in a state of being installed in the floating fence; a bubble removal device for removing the bubbles sucked by the suction unit to generate treated water, and discharging the generated treated water; a vacuum forming unit for forming vacuum in an inner space of the bubble removal device to suck the bubbles through the suction unit to be provided for the bubble removal device; and a control unit for controlling the suction unit and the vacuum forming unit. The bubble removal device includes: a steam separator having an inner space in which bubbles of the discharged coolant are collected, an inlet for guiding the bubbles sucked through the suction unit to the inner space, an outlet for discharging the treated water generated by treating the bubbles introduced into the inner space, and a vacuum connection unit having the vacuum forming unit connected thereto to form a vacuum pressure in the inner space to introduce the bubbles through the inlet; and a bubble breaking unit provided in the inner space of the steam separator to break the bubbles introduced through the inlet.
본 발명은, 발전소 방류 냉각수의 발생 거품을 흡입하여 제거하면서 발생되는 처리수를 바다의 심층에 배출함으로써 거품을 화학적 소포제를 사용하지 않아도 됨으로써 경제적이고 보다 친환경적으로 거품을 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 본 발명은, 발전소 방류 냉각수의 발생 거품이 유출되지 않도록 거품을 가두는 플로팅펜스와, 플로팅펜스에 설치된 상태로 가두어진 거품을 흡입하는 석션유닛과, 석션유닛에 의해 흡입되는 거품을 제거하여 처리수를 발생시키고, 발생되는 처리수를 배출하는 거품제거장치와, 석션유닛을 통해 거품이 흡입되어서 거품제거장치에 제공되도록 거품제거장치의 내부공간에 진공을 형성시키는 진공형성유닛과, 석션유닛 및 진공형성유닛을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 거품제거장치는 방류 냉각수의 거품이 모여지는 내부공간이 형성되고, 석션유닛을 통해 흡입되는 거품을 내부공간으로 안내하는 유입구가 형성되며, 내부공간으로 유입된 거품이 처리됨에 따라 발생되는 처리수가 배수되는 배출구가 형성되고, 유입구를 통해 거품을 유입시키기 위해 내부공간에 진공압력이 형성되도록 진공형성유닛이 연결되는 진공연결부가 형성되는 기수분리기와, 기수분리기의 내부공간에 구비되어 유입구를 통해 유입되는 거품을 파괴하는 거품파괴부를 포함한다. |
