Artificial Leather Sheet having Antimicrobial activity and Manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to an antibacterial artificial leather sheet and a method of manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to an antibacterial artificial leather sheet including an antibacterial agent having excellent physical properties while simultaneously maintaining antibacterial properties for a long period of time by loading an antibacterial agent on porous particles, and to a method of manufacturing the same. The method of manufacturing an antibacterial artificial leather sheet according to the present invention comprises: a surface layer manufacturing step (S100) of manufacturing a surface layer formed by including a surface layer resin and an antibacterial dispersion liquid in which an inorganic antibacterial agent is supported on porous particles; a support layer manufacturing step (S200) of manufacturing a support layer formed on a lower part of the surface layer and formed by knitting any one material among natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and a combination thereof; a foamed layer manufacturing step (S300) of manufacturing a foamed layer formed on a lower part of the support layer and formed by foaming a foamed resin composition; and a lamination step (S400) of laminating the surface layer, the support layer, and the foamed layer. 본 발명은 항균 인조가죽 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다공성 입자에 항균제를 로딩하여 항균특성이 장기간 보존되도록 함과 동시에 우수한 물성을 갖는 항균성 제제를 포함하는 항균 인조가죽 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항균 인조가죽 시트의 제조방법은 표면층 수지와 다공성 입자에 무기항균제가 담지된 항균 분산액을 포함하여 형성되는 표면층을 제조하는 표면층 제조단계(S100);와 상기 표면층의 하부에 형성되며, 천연섬유, 합성섬유 및 이들의 조합 중 어느 하나의 재질이 편성되어 형성되는 지지층을 제조하는 지지층 제조단계(S200);와 상기 지지층의 하부에 형성되며, 발포 수지 조성물의 발포에 의해 형성되는 발포층을 제조하는 발포층 제조단계(S300);와 상기 표면층, 지지층, 발포층을 적층하는 적층단계(S400);를 포함한다.
