The present invention can reduce the error of gene diagnosis because of high sensitivity to bacteria of the genus Mycobacterium, can amplify gene under any condition that can meet a certain temperature, and thus can easily and conveniently diagnose tuberculosis. 본 발명은 다양한 결핵균을 신속하고 정확하게 검출할 수 있는 결핵 진단용 프라이머 세트, 상기 프라이머 세트를 이용한 결핵 진단용 조성물, 결핵 진단용 키트 및 결핵 진단을 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 결핵균에 대한 민감성이 높기 때문에 유전자 진단의 오류를 줄일 수 있으며, 일정한 온도를 맞출 수 있는 어떠한 조건에서도 유전자를 증폭할 수 있어 결핵을 간편하고 용이하게 진단할 수 있다.
