Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a grounding device with an improved structure and, more specifically, to a grounding device with an improved structure which integrates a terminal mounting plate connecting a ground wire to a stainless steel ground plate by welding to improve connection power to prevent an increase in ground resistance, allows the ground pipe to be easily driven into the ground by a tool such as a hammer to improve work convenience, and has excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The grounding device with an improved structure comprises: a ground pipe buried in the ground, and provided with a hollow space whose both ends are opened; a ground wire connected to the ground pipe by a terminal mounting plate to conduct electricity; and the terminal mounting plate connecting the ground wire to the ground pipe to conduct electricity, and including a ground pipe mounting hole formed on one end thereof, through which the ground pipe is inserted, and a terminal mounting hole formed on the other end thereof, through which a ground terminal connected to an end of the ground wire is inserted. One end of the terminal mounting plate is positioned in the horizontal direction, and the other end is positioned in the vertical direction to connect the ground wire in the horizontal direction.
본 발명은 구조가 개선된 접지장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 스테인리스 접지관에 접지선을 연결시키는 단자취부용판을 용접으로 일체화시킴에 따라 접속력을 향상시켜 접지저항이 증가하지 않도록 하고, 해머와 같은 공구로 접지관을 용이하게 지반에 박을 수 있도록 하여 작업의 편의성을 높여줌은 물론 기계적 강도 및 내식성을 우수하게 한 구조가 개선된 접지장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 땅속에 매립되며, 양단부가 개방된 중공홀이 형성된 접지관; 상기 접지관과 단자취부용판에 의해 통전 가능하게 연결되는 접지선; 및 상기 접지선을 상기 접지관과 통전 가능하게 연결해주며, 일단부에는 접지관이 관통 삽입되는 접지관장착홀이 형성되고, 타단부에는 접지선의 단부에 연결된 접지단자가 관통 삽입되는 단자장착홀이 형성되는 단자취부용판;을 포함하고, 상기 단자취부용판의 일단부는 수평방향으로 위치되며, 타단부는 수직방향으로 위치되어 접지선이 수평방향으로 연결되도록 한 구조가 개선된 접지장치를 제공한다. |
