| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a goat feed composition for increasing the content of omega-3 fatty acids, including pineapple waste, juliflora, reed, corn germ meal, pistachio waste, palm fruit waste, cashew nut waste, red bean bread waste, oil waste, sulfur, phyllite, vitamins, salts and probiotics. The present invention can obtain goat meat having a low ratio of omega-6 to omega-3, high unsaturated fatty acid content and excellent flavor by using relatively low cost bulky feed while providing a higher content of omega-3 fatty acids compared to common goats.
본 발명은 파인애플박, 줄리플로라, 갈대, 배아박, 피스타치오박, 팜박, 캐슈너트박, 팥빵박, 유지박, 유황, 천매암, 비타민, 소금 및 생균제를 포함하는 오메가-3 지방산 함량을 높이기 위한 염소사료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 비교적 가격이 낮은 조사료를 사용하면서도 일반 염소에 비해 오메가-3 지방산 함량이 높아 오메가-3에 대한 오메가-6의 비율이 낮고, 불포화지방산 함량이 높고 풍미가 우수한 염소육을 얻을 수 있다. |
