Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a mushroom cultivation method which prepares biological active nutrients required for mushroom growth in a nutrient solution, supplies the nutrient solution to a mushroom culture medium and adjusts a growth environment. More specifically, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of a mushroom nutrient containing 85 to 92 wt% of mineral concentrated water, 2 to 5 wt% of water dispersion of sulfur, 5 to 10 wt% of water dispersion of illite and 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of kelp powder is mixed with 100 parts by weight of a culture medium. Every cycle selected from a first cycle to 3 to 5 cycles, based on a reduced weight compared to an initial medium form weight or a previous production cycle weight, 0.1 to 0.2 part by weight of the mushroom nutrient is mixed with 100 parts by weight of water supplied in a manner selected from a group of pin-holding, submergence, sprinkling and spraying, and the mixture is supplied. An integrated type measuring sensor is installed at the inside of a mushroom cultivation facility and a controller is installed at the outside of the mushroom cultivation facility in order to adjust temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide and illuminance, thereby making optimal temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide content, illuminance and water content in a sawdust medium. The present invention uses the mushroom nutrient, thereby increasing a yield of mushroom, shortening a production cycle and improving quality. Also, taste of the mushroom becomes better, unique smell of the mushroom becomes enriched, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide and illuminance can be efficiently controlled during mushroom cultivation, thereby achieving quality improvement and yield increase of the mushroom. 본 발명은 버섯 생육에 필요한 생리활성용 영양제를 양액 형태로 제조하여 버섯배지에 공급하고 생육환경을 조절하는 버섯재배 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 배지 100중량부에 미네랄 농축수 85~92 중량%, 유황의 수분산액 2~5 중량%, 일라이트의 수분산액 5~10 중량% 및 다시마 분말 0.1~0.5 중량%을 함유한 버섯 영양제를 0.1 내지 1 중량부를 혼합하며, 1주기부터 3 내지 5주기중 선택된 매 주기마다 최초 배지 성형 중량 기준 또는 직전 생산 주기 기준 감소된 무게를 기준으로 침봉, 침수, 살수 및 분무로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 공급되는 물 100중량부에 상기 버섯 영양제 0.1 내지 0.2 중량부를 혼합하여 공급하며 버섯 재배사는 온도, 습도, 이산화탄소, 조도를 조절하기 위하여, 버섯 재배사 내부에 일체형 측정 센서를, 버섯 재배사 외부에 제어기를 설치함으로써 온도, 습도, 이산화탄소 농도, 조도, 톱밥배지 함수율을 최적으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯재배 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 버섯 영양제의 사용으로 버섯의 생산량 증대, 생산주기 단축, 품질향상이 이루어지고, 버섯의 맛이 좋아지고 버섯 특유의 향이 짙어지는 효과가 있으며, 버섯 재배시에 온도, 습도, 이산화탄소, 조도를 효율적으로 제어할 수 있어 버섯의 품질향상, 생산량 증대를 달성할 수 있다.
