Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides movable treating equipment for filtering contaminated water, which can reduce filtration load and enhance both filtration performance and efficiency. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the movable treating equipment for filtering contaminated water as filtration and treating equipment filtering and treating contaminated water produced in road cleaning or a cutting process comprises: a power generation unit having an engine and a power generator connected to an output terminal of the engine, and mounted on the filtration and treating equipment; and a contaminated water filtering and recirculating unit disposed at the rear side of the power generation unit to suck impurities and filter foreign materials, and recirculating purified water after filtration into a cutting oil spray nozzle. The contaminated water filtering and recirculating unit includes: a contaminated water sucking pump connected to an impurity-sucking duct to suck contaminated water with impurities; a filtering box connected to the contaminated water sucking pump; a micro filter filtering foreign materials from filtered water flowing through the filtering box; a purified water storing tank disposed in the lower part of the filtering box and having activated carbon for adsorbing fine sludge inside to store purified water coming out of the micro filter; a sludge precipitating tank disposed at one side of the purified water storing tank to finally precipitate fine sludge remaining in the purified water sucked by the purified water storing tank; an underwater pump installed underwater in the purified water storing tank in order to supply the purified water in the purified water storing tank to the sludge precipitating tank; and a recirculating pump supplying water in the sludge precipitating tank again to a cutting oil spray nozzle.
본 발명은 여과 부하를 줄일 수 있고 여과 성능과 효율을 함께 높일 수 있도록 한 오염수 여과용 이동식 처리장비를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 오염수 여과용 이동식 처리장비는, 노면 청소나 절삭 작업으로 인해 발생된 오염수를 여과 처리하는 여과 처리장비에 있어서, 엔진, 엔진의 출력단에 연결된 발전기가 포함되어 여과 처리장비에 탑재된 동력 발전부와; 동력 발전부의 후방에 배치되어 불순물을 흡입하여 이물질을 여과시키고, 여과된 정화수를 절삭유 분사노즐로 재순환시키는 오염수 여과겸용 재순환유닛;을 포함하되, 오염수 여과겸용 재순환유닛은, 불순물 흡입덕트에 연결되어 불순물과 함께 오염수를 흡입하는 오염수 흡입펌프와; 오염수 흡입펌프와 연결되는 여과박스와; 여과박스를 흐르는 여과수로부터 이물질을 여과해내는 마이크로 여과재와; 여과박스의 하부측에 배치되고, 동시에 미세슬러지를 흡착하는 활성탄이 내설되어 마이크로 여과재를 빠져나오는 정화수를 저장하는 정화수 저장탱크와; 정화수 저장탱크의 일측에 배치되어 정화수 저장탱크에서 흡입된 정화수에 잔존하는 미세한 슬러지를 최종적으로 침전시키는 슬러지 침전탱크와; 정화수 저장탱크내 정화수를 슬러지 침전탱크로 공급하도록 정화수 저장탱크내 수중에 설치된 수중펌프와; |
