Automatic Welding Apparatus of a Way of Jig Rotating

The present invention relates to a jig rotating type automatic welding apparatus to weld a bracket on both sides of a long panel member and, more specifically, relates to a jig rotating type automatic welding apparatus, wherein a jig body provided with a panel fixing unit is formed in the front and the rear of a rotating shaft, and two welding robots are individually installed at left and right sides of the jig body. Moreover, a transfer means configured to transfer a panel member that has been finished is installed in the rear of the jig body to improve productivity, shorten working time, and simplify a structure of the apparatus. 본 발명은 길이가 긴 패널 부재의 양단에 브래킷을 용접하기 위한 지그 회전식 자동 용접장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 회전축의 전방과 후방에 패널고정부가 구비된 지그본체를 구성하고, 상기 지그본체의 좌우 양측에 두 개의 용접로봇을 각각 설치하며, 상기 지그본체의 후방에는 완성된 패널 부재를 이송하는 이송수단을 설치함으로써 생산성이 향상되고 작업시간을 단축되며 장치의 구조가 단순하게 되는 지그 회전식 자동 용접장치에 관한 것이다.
