Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to coffee bread and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (S100) preparing filling (7) by mixing red beans, beans, coffee powder, a coffee syrup, and a natural thickener; (S110) forming an outer skin (9) by dough including wheat flour and a dutch coffee component; (S120) forming a spherical dough-shaped coffee bread ingredient by inserting the filling (7) to the inside of the outer skin (9); (S130) injecting the dough, which is the coffee bread ingredient, into a molding machine (11) to mold the same into a coffee cup shape; (S155) forming a coffee layer (6) on an inner bottom part of the molded coffee cup-shaped coffee bread; and (S160) backing the molded coffee bread ingredient in an oven. Accordingly, hot water is poured to dissolve the coffee layer (6) so as to take the same as coffee liquid when taking the coffee bread.
본 발명은 커피빵 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 그러한 커피빵 제조방법은 팥과, 콩과, 커피분말, 커피시럽 및 천연 증점제를 혼합하여 소(7)를 제조하는 단계(S100)와; 밀가루, 더치커피 성분을 포함하는 반죽에 의하여 외피(9)를 형성하는 단계(S110)와; 외피(9)료의 내측에 소(7)를 투입하여 구형의 반죽형상인 커피빵 재료를 형성하는 단계(S120)와; 커피빵 재료인 반죽을 성형기(11)에 투입하여 커피잔 형상으로 성형하는 단계(S130)와; 성형된 커피잔 형상의 커피빵의 내저부에 커피층(6)을 형성하는 단계(S155)와; 성형된 커피빵 재료를 오븐에 의하여 굽는 단계(S160)를 포함하며, 커피빵 섭취시 온수를 부어서 커피층(6)을 용해시켜서 액상의 커피액으로 섭취할 수 있다. |
