The present invention relates to a waling member (100) formed by a synthetic resin material. The synthetic resin waling member (100) is installed so that a plurality of reinforcing parts (110) having a standing board structure can cross over each other, has a plurality of tendon penetration holes (101) so that a tendon (1) is penetrated to be anchored thereon by a grid structure of the plurality of reinforcing parts (110), and has a front surface and a back surface of the plurality of reinforcing parts (110) to be positioned on the same plane, thereby being easy for transportation, storage and construction, being possible to be recycled, and being possible to reduce a construction cost. 본 발명은 합성수지 재질에 의해 형성된 띠장부재(100)에 관한 것으로서, 기립한 판 구조의 보강부(110) 다수가 상호 교차하도록 설치되고, 상기 다수의 보강부(110)의 격자구조에 의해, 긴장재(1)가 관통하여 정착되기 위한 다수의 긴장재 관통공(101)이 형성되고, 상기 다수의 보강부(110)의 전면 및 배면은 동일한 평면상에 위치하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 띠장부재(100)를 제시함으로써, 운반, 보관, 시공이 용이하고, 재활용이 가능하며, 공사비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한다.
