Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a modified asphalt seal-based waterproof material composition, which is used for waterproofing at an underground structure and a roof, an outer wall, a floor, etc. of a building, and to a preparing method thereof. The modified asphalt seal-based waterproof material composition of the present invention comprises: with respect to 100 parts by weight of an asphalt binder modified with a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight of graphene oxide (GO); 80 to 150 parts by weight of viscoelastic synthetic oil; 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of a surfactant; 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer; 5 to 40 parts by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE); 5 to 30 parts by weight of rubber powder; 50 to 100 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 5 to 40 parts by weight of a synthetic rubber latex; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a thickener; and 50 to 150 parts by weight of an inorganic filler. According to the modified asphalt seal-based waterproof material composition, GO which is a nanomaterial is applied to modify an asphalt binder so as to greatly improve mechanical performance and durability, and to apply the same to a building and a civil engineering structure, thereby securing durability to contribute to a lifespan extension.
본 발명은 지하구조물, 건축물의 지붕, 외벽, 바닥등의 부위에 방수를 목적으로 사용하는 개질아스팔트 씰계 방수재 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록 공중합체로 개질된 아스팔트 바인더 100 중량부에 산화 그래핀(Graphene oxide, GO) 0.05 내지 0.5 중량부, 점탄성 합성오일 80 내지 150 중량부, 계면활성제 0.5 내지 3 중량부, UV안정제 0.5 내지 3 중량부, 열가소성 탄성체(TPE) 5 내지 40 중량부, 고무분말(Crumb Rubber) 5 내지 30 중량부, 석유수지 50 내지 100 중량부, 합성고무 라텍스 5 내지 40 중량부, 증점제 0.5 내지 5 중량부, 무기질 필러 50 내지 150 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 및 토목구조물용 개질아스팔트 씰계 방수재 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 개질아스팔트 씰계 방수재 조성물은 아스팔트 바인더를 개질 시키기 위해 나노물질인 산화 그래핀(Graphene oxide, GO)을 적용함으로써 기계적 성능과 내구성을 크게 향상시켜 건축물 및 토목구조물에 적용함으로써 내구성을 확보하여 수명연장에 기여 할 수 있다. |
