Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, an apparatus for producing a foam medium temperature asphalt mixture by mixing heated asphalt with a small amount of water includes: an asphalt expansion chamber (60) which has a heated asphalt inlet (63) connected to a heated asphalt supply line (55) at one side end part thereof, a space unit inside, at least one water (W) spray nozzle (43) and at least one compressed air (A) spray nozzle (33) at an upper part, and a foam asphalt outlet (64) at a lower part; a static mixer (70) which is arranged in the middle of a foam asphalt supply line (75) connected to the foam asphalt outlet (64) of the asphalt expansion chamber (60) and evenly mixes foam asphalt with water; and a foam asphalt mixture spray nozzle (80) which is installed at an end part of the foam asphalt supply line (75).
