Sealing apparatus for railway vehicles

The present invention relates to equipment used to seal a device provided in a railway vehicle. According to the present invention, the equipment for sealing a railway vehicle comprises: a body having a through hole; a sealing wire integrally extending outward from the body and advanced and inserted into the through hole by penetrating an object to be sealed; and a cutting ring having a ring unit fixed in the through hole to enable the sealing wire to penetrate the ring unit and a plurality of cutters inclined by bending, disposed along an inner circumferential surface of the ring unit, and suitable to elastically support the sealing wire, such that when the sealing wire is advanced, the cutter is opened and permits advancement of the sealing wire to increase a gap between the sealing wire and the cutter, and when the sealing wire moves backward, the cutter is closed to reduce the gap therebetween, and thus, the sealing wire is cut. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily seal a main device in the railway vehicle, such as electrical equipment, machinery equipment, installation equipment, etc. In a case of removing the sealing equipment after a sealing process, cutting is performed at the same time as the sealing equipment is released, such that the sealing equipment can be easily removed. It is not necessary to have a sealing tool such as a compressor or an iron, thereby reducing time and effort required for a sealing process. It is possible to resolve contact instability against a device which requires insulation, such as a switch board of the sealing wire, avoid use of a substance harmful to the human body, such as lead, thereby resolving issues regarding the health of a worker, and the environment, and maximize a management function of sealing effects by use of a sealing nameplate. 본 발명은 철도차량에 구비되는 장치의 봉인에 사용되는 기구에 있어서, 관통구를 가지는 몸체; 상기 몸체로부터 일체를 이루도록 외측으로 연장되고, 봉인 대상을 관통하여 상기 관통구에 전진시킴으로써 삽입되는 봉인와이어; 및 상기 관통구 내에 링부가 고정됨으로써 상기 봉인와이어가 상기 링부를 관통하도록 하고, 상기 링부의 내주면을 따라 절곡에 의해 경사지게 다수로 마련되는 커터가 상기 봉인와이어의 둘레를 탄성 지지함으로써, 상기 봉인와이어가 전진시 상기 커터가 서로의 갭이 증가하도록 열림으로써 전진을 허용하고, 상기 봉인와이어가 후퇴시 상기 커터가 서로의 갭이 축소하도록 닫힘으로써 커팅되도록 하는 커팅링;을 포함하는 철도 차량용 봉인 기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 철도차량에서 전기장치, 기계장치, 설비장치 등과 같은 주요 장치에 대해 손쉽게 봉인할 수 있도록 하고, 봉인후 철거도 봉인장치 해제와 동시에 커팅이 이루어지도록 함으로써 손쉽게 철거할 수 있으며, 압착기나 인두 등과 같은 봉인공구를 필요로 하지 않음으로써, 봉인 작업에 소요되는 시간과 노력을 단축시킬 수 있고, 봉인줄의 배전반을 비롯한 절연이 요구되는 장치에 대한 접촉 불안을 해소할 수 있으며, 납 등과 같은 인체 유해물질의 사용을 회피할 수 있도록 함으로써 작업자의 건강 및 환경 문제를 해소할 수 있고
