NOZZLE FIXING DEVICE FOR MELT SPINNING SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a nozzle fixing device for a melt spinning system. A nozzle head comprises: a placing unit which is circular and downwardly inserted around a mounting unit; a holder assembly which has a coupling unit providing a protrusion unit along an outer circumference of the placing unit and forming a second coupling hole, and is placed as a circular shape by being adjacent to an inner circumference of the placing unit; and a fixing holder which is circular and has inner and outer diameters corresponding to an inner diameter of the holder assembly and an outer diameter of the coupling unit. A first assembly hole is formed and inserted into an upper surface of the holder assembly, and a second assembly hole corresponding to the first assembly hole and coupling an assembly bolt is formed on the fixing holder, such that the fixing holder is pre-fastened to an upper side of the holder assembly. The fixing holder has a third coupling hole coupling a fixing bolt, which is upwardly interposed to the second coupling hole from the first coupling hole of the nozzle, to post-fasten the nozzle to the nozzle head. Accordingly, the nozzle is easily and stably fixed to a lower side of the nozzle head. 본 발명은 용융방사 시스템용 노즐 고정장치에 관한 발명으로, 노즐헤드에는, 장착부의 주변에서 환형으로 하향 요입되는 안착부와, 안착부의 외주를 따라서 돌출부를 마련하고 제2결합홀을 형성하는 결합부를 구비하고, 안착부의 내주면에 당접하여 안착하는 환형으로 구비하는 홀더조립체와, 홀더조립체의 내경과 결합부의 외경에 상응하는 내,외경을 가지는 환형으로 구비하는 고정홀더를 포함하며, 홀더조립체의 상측면에는 제1조립홀을 요입 형성하고, 고정홀더에는, 제1조립홀에 상응하고 조립볼트를 체결하는 제2조립홀을 구비하여 홀더조립체의 상측에 고정홀더가 선고정되고, 고정홀더에는, 노즐의 제1결합홀에서 상기 제2결합홀로 상향 개재되는 고정볼트를 결합하는 제3결합홀을 구비1하여 노즐헤드에 노즐을 후고정하도록 구성함에 따라 노즐헤드의 하측에 노즐을 보다 용이하게 안정적으로 고정할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
