Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a carbon paste composition for a secondary battery current collector using graphene and a producing method thereof. The present invention is able to: reduce line resistance by improving electrical conductivity in a horizontal direction as well as blocking a reaction with electrolyte by including graphene dispersion solution in which a graphene filler is dispersed; reduce contact resistance by improving electrical conductivity in a vertical direction as the carbon black of a particle form is inserted into a graphene layer with 4.0 to 6.0 wt% of carbon black; improve the resistance a graphene filler and effectively improve the performance of a current collector by doping an injection material such as sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), and carbon source into a graphene oxide reductant (rGO) with a plasma device to produce the graphene filler; and efficiently perform dispersion while preventing the damage and breakage of graphene during dispersion by producing graphene dispersion solution in which the graphene filler is dispersed with a high pressure dispersion method. 본 발명은 그래핀 필러가 분산된 그래핀 분산액을 포함함으로써 전해액과의 반응을 차단시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 수평 방향의 전기전도도가 개선되어 선저항을 절감시킬 수 있고, 카본블랙 4.0 ~ 6.0중량%를 포함하여 입자형태의 카본블랙이 그래핀층으로 삽입되어 수직 방향의 전기전도도를 개선시켜 접촉저항을 절감시킬 수 있으며, 플라즈마 장치를 이용하여 산화 그래핀 환원물(rGO)에 황(S), 질소(N), 카본소스 등의 주입물을 도핑시켜 그래핀 필러를 제조함으로써 그래핀 필러 자체의 저항을 개선시켜 집전체의 성능을 더욱 효과적으로 개선시킬 수 있고, 고압분산법을 이용하여 그래핀 필러가 분산된 그래핀 분산액을 제조함으로써 분산 시 그래핀의 손상 및 파손을 방지하면서 분산이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있는 그래핀을 이용한 이차전지 집전체용 카본 페이스트 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
