Embodiments of the present invention provide an assembly for optical transmission and reception and an optical transmission and reception device using the same. The assembly for optical transmission and reception is divided into two assemblies, and a hollow in the post of the assembly coupled to a substrate is formed and separated, so as to improve the efficiency between optical elements included in the assembly for optical transmission and reception requiring a plurality of complex and sophisticated processes.
