Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a height and a deformation volume of a rubber material for a support installed on a bridge, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for measuring the height and deformation volume of rubber material for a support installed on a bridge, which comprises: a step of, for measuring the height and following deformation volume of the rubber material for the support of the bridge installed on a place which is low, deep, and narrow between an upper structure and a lower structure of the bridge, pulling a handle unit and adjusting an end unit of a height controller upwards or downwards by a connection rod; a step of allowing a steel wire to move vertically and horizontally in accordance with an upper driving or a lower driving of the height controller, and moving a verticality sight pin unit installed on the steel wire; a step of checking a figure of a transparent gradation plate, which is directed by the verticality sight pin unit, to measure the height of the rubber material of the support; a step of horizontally moving the horizontality sight pin unit installed inside the main frame unit until it comes in contact with the rubber material of the support to check a handle pin placed on the transparent gradation plate of the main frame unit and to measure a horizontal depth of the rubber material of the support; and a step of calculating a deformation volume of the rubber material of the support by a ratio between the height and depth of the rubber material for the support, which are measured. Accordingly, the present invention is able to promote user convenience, improve work efficiency, and secure data for establishing an effective maintenance action. 본 발명은 교량에 설치되는 받침의 고무재 높이 및 변형량 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 교량의 상,하부구조 사이의 높이가 낮고 깊어 협소한 곳에 설치된 교량의 받침의 고무재 높이 및 그에 따른 변형량을 측정하기 위해 손잡이부를 잡아당겨 연결봉에 의해 높이 조절대의 끝단부를 상,하측으로 조정하고, 상기 높이 조절대의 상,하 구동에 따라 강선이 수직 및 수평 이동하면서 강선에 설치된 수직 가늠자 핀부가 이동되며, 상기 수직 가늠자 핀부가 가르키는 투명 눈금판의 수치를 확인하여 받침의 고무재 높이를 측정하고, 상기 본체부 내부에 설치된 수평가늠자부를 받침의 고무재에 접촉할 때까지 수평으로 이동시켜 본체부의 투명 눈금판에 위치한 손잡이 핀을 확인하여 받침의 고무재 수평깊이를 측정한 뒤, 측정된 받침의 고무재 높이와 깊이 비에 의한 받침의 고무재 변형량이 산출됨으로써, 사용자의 편의를 도모하며 작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 효과적인 유지관리 대책수립을 위한 자료를 확보할 수 있는 교량에 설치되는 특징이 있다.
