Warning Method and Apparatus for Ground Subsidence using the Monitoring of Ground Water Level

The present invention relates to a method for warning of the risk of ground subsidence based on monitoring of an underground water level, which monitors changes in the underground water level during a process of ground excavation in the periphery of an excavation site, such as an excavation construction site for the underground part of a building in a downtown area, determines that the risk of ground subsidence near the excavation construction site is high when the change in the hydraulic gradient of underground water suddenly exceeds a predetermined threshold, and creates a warning to quickly establish proper measures for ground subsidence, thereby effectively preventing an accident caused by ground subsidence, and to an apparatus for warning of the risk of ground subsidence, which determines whether the risk of subsidence of the ground exists around the excavation site by the method, and notifies a manager of the determination result. The method comprises a step of determining the risk of ground subsidence according to the change rate of the hydraulic gradient of the underground water per unit time. 본 발명은 도심지의 건물 지하부분 굴착공사 현장 등과 같은 굴착지의 주변지반에서 지반굴착 공사가 진행되는 과정에서 지하수 수위 변화를 모니터링하여, 시간에 따른 지하수 수두구배의 변화가 사전에 정해둔 기준치 이상으로 급격하게 발생할 경우에는, 지반굴착 공사 주변 지반의 침하 위험도가 높은 것으로 판단하여 경고를 발생시킴으로써, 지반침하에 대한 적절한 대책을 신속하게 수립할 수 있도록 하여 지반침하로 인한 사고를 사전에 효과적으로 예방할 수 있도록 하는 "지하수 수위 모니터링에 기반한 지반침하 위험 경고방법"과 이러한 방법에 의해 굴착지 주변지반의 지반 침하 위험 여부를 판정하여, 관리자에게 판정결과를 통지하는 "지반침하 위험 경고장치"에 관한 것이다.
