Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition having excellent weather resistance and storage stability and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a high polymerization degree biodegradable resin composition of a low-acid value manufactured by putting an acid component comprising an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid single component or an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid mixed component, and putting aliphatic diol followed by esterification reaction, condensation polymerization reaction, chain extension reaction and solid phase polymerization, wherein the high polymerization degree biodegradable resin composition of the low-acid value is, in an esterification reaction process, obtained by forming a branching agent having a ring structure and adding the same to reaction, and conducting condensation polymerization reaction to manufacture a primary resin composition, followed by putting a chain extension agent and conducting chain extension reaction and solid phase polymerization; and the method for manufacturing the same.
본 발명은 내후성 및 저장안정성이 우수한 생분해성 수지 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지방족 디카르복실산 단독성분 또는 지방족 디카르복실산과 방향족 디카르복실산 혼합성분을 포함하는 산 성분과 지방족 디올을 투입하여 에스테르화 반응, 축중합 반응, 사슬연장반응 및 고상중합을 거쳐 제조되며, 이때 에스테르화 반응과정에서는 고리구조를 가지고 있는 분지제를 만들어 반응에 투입하고 이후 축중합 반응을 거쳐 1차 수지 조성물을 제조한 후 사슬연장제를 투입하여 사슬연장반응 및 고상중합을 실시하여 얻어지는 저 산가의 고 중합도 생분해성 수지 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
