Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an optical tomographic device using a rotational scanning method capable of photographing a subject to be measured 360 degrees in all directions. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the optical tomographic device comprises a sample stage including: a first focusing lens having a donut shape having an opening, and outputting focused light by refracting incident light; and a sample mirror having a reflecting surface, which is an outer wall surface of a recessed unit recessed in a truncated conical shape from a periphery of an upper surface to a periphery of an opening formed on a lower surface, and reflecting light output from the first focusing lens to be incident on the subject to be measured. Therefore, the optical tomographic device can photograph the subject to be measured 360 degrees in all directions.
본 발명은 피측정물을 360도 전방향으로 촬영할 수 있는 회전형 스캐닝을 이용한 광 단층 촬영 장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광 단층 촬영 장치는, 개구부를 갖는 도넛 형태이며, 입사된 광을 굴절시켜 초점을 맞춘 광을 출력하는 제1 포커싱 렌즈 및 윗면의 둘레로부터 아랫면에 형성된 개구의 둘레까지 원뿔대 형상으로 함몰된 함몰부의 외벽면인 반사면을 가지며, 상기 제1 포커싱 렌즈에서 출력된 광을 반사하여 피측정물로 입사사키는 샘플 미러를 포함하는 샘플단을 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광 단층 촬영 장치에 의하면, 피측정물을 360도 모든 방향에서 촬영할 수 있다. |
