Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a three-dimensional pipeline electronic map construction system, which comprises: a photographing module disposed so as to be able to take a photograph; a control module for extracting a pipe thickness from an image of a pipe taken by the photographing module; and a machine learning module for extracting depth data of the pipe using the pipeline thickness information. The system of the present invention can collect construction data and generate a real-time three-dimensional electronic map. 본 발명은 하부를 향해 배치되어 사진을 촬영할 수 있도록 배치되는 촬영모듈과, 상기 촬영모듈에서 촬영된 파이프의 촬영이미지로부터 파이프 두께를 추출해 내는 제어모듈과, 파이프 라인 두께 정보를 이용해 해당 파이프의 심도 데이터를 추출해 내는 머신러닝 모듈을 포함하는 3차원 파이프라인 전자지도 구축 시스템을 제공한다.
