The present invention relates to a double floor panel with a seismic function, capable of improving a reinforcing force of the double floor panel by a reinforcing bar by preventing a descending movement of a lower plate in a clip connected to a support unit so that as an installation position of the reinforcing bar and the lower plate is not changed.
