Sustained-release granules containing natural extract and preparation method of the same

The present invention relates to a sustained-release formulation containing a natural extract and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a sustained-release granule containing the natural extract which can be coated with a natural extract on a pellet seed and forming a coating film thereon, thereby being able to control a dissolution pattern of an extract by a concentration of a coating agent. A manufacturing method of the present invention has a simple manufacturing process, thereby being able to easily control a size of final particles and being suitable for mass production. 본 발명은 천연 추출물 함유 서방성 제제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 펠렛 시드 상에 천연 추출물을 코팅시키고 그 위에 코팅막을 형성하여, 추출물의 용출 패턴을 코팅 기제의 농도에 의해 조절할 수 있는 천연 추출물 함유 서방성 과립체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 제조 과정이 단순하여 최종 입자의 크기를 쉽게 조절할 수 있으며 대량생산에 적합하다.
