Zusammenfassung:The present invention is to provide a braider rotor, which minimizes noise and vibration spread toward the front of a faceplate, generated during an operation of a braider, and can increase the braiding efficiency by increasing a rotation speed of a rotor. The braider rotor of the present invention comprises a rotor having a carrier transport notch formed at a position where the circumference of a circular plate is divided in equal, and a horn gear installed at a horn gear shaft installed in an orthogonal direction to the faceplate and rotatably supporting the rotor, and transferring a driving force to allow adjacent rotors to be rotated in a direction opposite to each other. The horn gear is separated from the rotor to install the rotor in a front portion of the horn gear shaft positioned at a front side of the faceplate, and the horn gear is installed to be distributed at a rear end portion of the horn gear shaft passing through the faceplate. 본 발명은 편조기 가동 중에 발생하여 면판의 앞쪽으로 퍼지는 소음과 진동을 최소화하고, 로터의 자전속도를 높여 편조능률을 높일 수 있는 편조기용 로터를 제공하려는 것으로서, 원판의 원주를 등분한 곳에 캐리어 이송용 노치가 형성된 로터와, 면판에 직교방향으로 설치되어 자전가능하게 로터를 지지하는 호른기어축에 설치되어 인접한 로터가 서로 반대방향으로 자전하도록 구동력을 전달하는 호른기어로 이뤄진 편조기용 로터에 있어서, 로터에서 호른기어를 분리해 로터는 면판의 앞쪽에 위치하는 호른기어축의 전반부에 설치하고, 면판을 관통한 호른기어축의 후단부에는 호른기어를 분산 설치한 편조기용 로터를 특징으로 한다.
