Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a culture medium for culturing probiotics comprising feed for fish farming, fish meal or by-products thereof, enzymes and water; and a method for farming fish and shellfish, capable of reducing infection of various pathogenic microorganisms in the farmed fish and shellfish, by feeding fish and shellfish on a feed for fish farming which is obtained by adsorbing or mixing the culture medium, where probiotics are cultured, in the feed for fish farming. 본 발명은 양어용 사료, 어분 또는 어분 부산물, 효소 및 물을 포함하는 프로바이오틱스 배양용 배지 조성물, 및 상기 배지 조성물에 프로바이오틱스를 배양한 프로바이오틱스 배양액을 양어용 사료에 흡착 또는 배합하여 수득한 양어용 사료를 어패류에 섭이시킴으로써, 각종 병원성 미생물이 양식 어패류에 감염되는 것을 저감할 수 있는 어패류의 양식방법에 관한 것이다.
