Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a corrugated duel steel pipe, which prevents a change in an inner plate to prevent defect when manufacturing a pipe with the inner and outer plates, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, an outer plate preforming unit receives an outer plate from an outer plate feeding unit to bend the central portion of the outer plate in a corrugated shape in a lateral direction so as to preform an outer plate corrugated part. An inner plate preforming unit receives an inner plate from an inner plate feeding unit to bend the central portion of the inner plate in a shape of at least partially surrounding the outer plate corrugated part in a lateral direction so as to preform an inner plate corrugated part. A guide unit receives, presses, and stacks the preformed outer and inner plates while guiding the outer and inner plate corrugated parts to be matched with each other. A pipe milling unit overlaps, presses, and couples an edge portion of the outer and inner plates in a winding direction while winding the stacked outer and inner plates in a helical direction to make a corrugated dual steel pipe. A cutting unit cuts the made corrugated dual steel pipe by a set length.
