| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a stapler with a protective tape for a staple, wherein a front contact unit and a rear fixating pincer unit of a staple embedded in to be fixated at a bundle of paper so as to bind several sheets of paper in one bundle are surrounded with a protective tape, in order to prevent a portion of the paper in which the staple is embedded from being damaged such as being torn or worn. To this end, this invention is configured by comprising: a support unit (10); a handle unit (20); an operating unit (30); a staple (50); a protective tape (70); and a preparation frame (80).
