Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a construction method for forming a bridge waterproof layer using a hybrid type ultra-rapid elastic methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin and a basalt mesh geogrid and constructing a side gutter and a road expansion joint side. The construction method for forming a bridge waterproof layer using a hybrid type ultra-rapid elastic methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin and a basalt mesh geogrid and constructing a side gutter and a road expansion joint side includes: a step of removing a deterioration unit on a side gutter of a road; a step of applying a reinforcing primer layer to the upper part of the side gutter of the road in which the deterioration unit is removed; a step of manufacturing a composite for forming a waterproof layer by mixing a first ingredient and a second ingredient, wherein the first ingredient includes 30-60 parts by weight of a methyl methacrylate resin, 10-18 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 5-15 parts by weight of a phthalic acid resin, 12-35 parts by weight of butyl methacrylate, and 2-6 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, and the second ingredient includes 2-15 parts by weight of basalt fiber, 30-50 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 15-55 parts by weight of silica, 0.5-2 parts by weight of benzoyl peroxide, 5-12 parts by weight of silane, and 70-85 parts by weight of cement mortar; and a step of forming a waterproof layer by applying the composite for forming a waterproof layer to the upper part of the reinforcing primer layer and hardening the same. According to the present invention, the construction method for forming a bridge waterproof layer using a hybrid type ultra-rapid elastic methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin and a basalt mesh geogrid and constructing a side gutter and a road expansion joint side can improve rigidity, resistance to salt, and freeze-thawing resistance on a bridge side gutter and a deteriorated road and can prevent a crack and separation by increasing durability on a repeated impact load. Moreover, the construction method for forming a bridge waterproof layer using a hybrid type ultra-rapid elastic methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin and a basalt mesh geogrid and constructing a side gutter and a road expansion joint side can reduce maintenance costs by reducing time for repair work on the side gutter of the road in comparison with an existing invention.
