Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a lower chamber of a vitrification low-temperature melting furnace for preventing sparkling and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the lower chamber (100) of a vitrification low-temperature melting furnace for preventing sparkling comprises: a cooling flow path sector (10) of a metallic material processed so as to form a cooling circulation flow path therein; a ceramic layer (20) coated by plasma with regard to each of a front surface (10A) and a rear surface (10B) of the cooling flow path sector (10); and an insulation layer (30) stacked and cured by epoxy fiber glass to an outer side wall (100C) of a chamber in a state where the cooling flow path sectors (10), of which the front and rear surfaces (10A, 10B) are coated with the ceramic layer (20), are continuously assembled. 본 발명에 의하면 내부에 냉각 순환유로가 형성되도록 가공되는 금속재의 냉각유로 섹터(10); 냉각유로 섹터(10)의 전면(10A)과 후면(10B)에 대하여 각각 플러즈마에 의하여 코팅된 세라믹층(20); 및 전후면(10A, 10B)이 세라믹층(20)층으로 코팅된 냉각유로 섹터(10)들이 연속 조립된 상태에서 챔버의 외측벽(100C)에 대하여 에폭시화이버글라스에 의하여 적층 경화된 절연층(30)을 포함하는 스파클링 방지를 위한 유리화 저온용융로의 하부챔버(100)가 제공된다.
