Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a primer set and a marker for classifying genetic resources of Fagopyrum tartaricum. By using the primer set of the present invention, gene polymorphic regions of the genetic resources can be easily and accurately identified with a band pattern by PCR, and accordingly it is possible to classify the Fagopyrum tartaricum genetic resources, which can be effectively used to protect the intellectual property rights of the buckwheat cultivars cultivated in South Korea. 본 발명은 쓴메밀() 유전자원을 분류하기 위한 마커 및 프라이머 세트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 이용하여 PCR에 의한 밴드 패턴으로 간편하고 정확하게 쓴메밀 유전자원의 유전자 다형성 부분을 식별할 수 있고, 이를 통해서 쓴메밀 유전자원의 분류가 가능하여 국내 쓴메밀 육성 품종의 지식재산권 보호에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있다.
