Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of producing a derivative of polyunsaturated fatty acids by using a lipoxygenase enzyme derived from algae. According to the present invention, it is confirmed that only 7, 17-double conjugated diene (diHDHA), which is a di-hydroxy derivative as a kind of an inflammatory reaction termination signal material, is produced as a single material particularly under reaction condition at neutral pH7 when a lipoxygenase enzyme derived from Volvox carteri, which is separated and purified by the method of the present invention, is treated to a docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and thus only 7,17-diHDHA can be efficiently produced without an additional separation process. Therefore, it is possible to mass-produce expensive 7,17-diHDHA used as an anti-inflammatory agent by only an enzyme reaction without an additional separation process. Accordingly, the method of the present invention is very useful in related industries.
본 발명은 조류 유래 리폭시게나아제 효소를 이용한 다중불포화지방산의 유도체를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명을 통해 분리정제한 볼복스 카르테리() 유래 리폭시게나아제 효소를 DHA(docosahexaenoic acid)에 처리하면 특히, 중성인 pH7 반응 조건에서 염증반응종결 신호물질의 일종인 di-hydroxy 유도체인 7,17-diHDHA(double conjugated diene)만이 단독물질로 생산되어 별도의 분리공정없이 효율적으로 7,17-diHDHA만을 생산할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 항염증제로 이용되는 고가의 7,17-diHDHA를 별도의 분리공정없이 효소반응만으로 대량생산할 수 있게 되어 관련산업에 매우 유용하다. |
