Wine storage management system and control thereof

The present invention relates to a wine storage management system and a control method thereof and, more specifically, to a wine storage management system and a control method thereof which install a wine storage device in a home or a restaurant, form a plurality of shelves on the installed wine storage device, store wine in insulation tanks to individually store the wine with wine bottles in the shelves, use the wine insulation tanks to block external light sources, and manage individual minute temperature and humidity for the wine insulation tanks to maintain the wine in an optimal state. A power-over-Ethernet (PoE) technique capable of simultaneously providing data and power is used to perform centralized power management to improve energy efficiency by energy management switching for each wine insulation tank. 본 발명은 와인 저장 관리 시스템, 그리고 이의 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 가정 또는 요식업체 등에 와인 저장 장치를 설치하고 설치된 와인 저장 장치에 복수의 선반이 형성되고, 선반 내에는 개별적으로 와인을 와인병과 함께 보관하기 위한 와인 단열탱크로 보관하되, 각 와인 단열탱크를 이용해 외부 광원을 원천차단하며, 와인 단열탱크에 대한 개별적인 미세 온도 및 습도 등을 관리함으로써, 각 와인별로 최적의 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하기 위한 와인 저장 관리 시스템, 그리고 이의 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 이에 의해, 데이터와 함께 전원을 동시에 제공할 수 있는 PoE(Power over Ethernet) 기술을 이용함으로써, 중앙 집중식 전원 관리를 수행하여, 각 와인 단열탱크에 따른 에너지 관리 스위칭을 통해 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
