Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method and a system for providing a camera effect, which can quickly provide a camera effect without disconnecting a broadcasting flow by considering a live broadcasting situation. To this end, the method for providing an effect in an electronic device realized by a computer comprises the following steps: determining an emotion for a camera image of the electronic device as a standard for selecting an effect to be reflected onto the camera image of the electronic device; and directly reflecting, onto the camera image, an effect randomly selected among effects representing the emotion according to the determined emotion. 카메라 이펙트를 제공하는 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 컴퓨터로 구현되는 전자 기기에서의 이펙트 제공 방법은, 상기 전자 기기의 카메라 영상에 반영할 이펙트(effect)를 선정하기 위한 기준으로서 상기 카메라 영상에 대한 감정을 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 결정된 감정에 따라 해당 감정을 나타내는 이펙트 중에서 랜덤하게 선정된 이펙트를 상기 카메라 영상에 바로 반영하는 단계를 포함한다.
