STOPPING UNITS FOR DRILLING DEPTH

According to the present invention, an automatic opening and closing device for a ventilator in a greenhouse comprises: a plurality of ventilators provided on a foundation of the greenhouse and including an opening and closing member provided to perform a seesaw movement about a ventilator main body by using a rotary shaft; a ratchet device part provided at one side of the greenhouse, including a pair of ratchet gears connected to each other through a power transmission rope at the opening and closing member to reduce a load generated when opening the opening and closing member, and including an elastic stopper elastically restricting rotation of the ratchet gears; and a rollback unit provided in an end region of the rotary shaft in the ventilator to cause the opening and closing member to elastically roll back when releasing the opening and closing member. The automatic opening and closing device according to the present invention enables automatic opening and closing of the ventilator by a single ratchet rotation, and thus can reduce labour costs and increase work efficiency, and enables synchronous control of a plurality of ventilators, and thus can provide control over the growth of crops. Furthermore, as a relatively uncomplicated device which is simpler than the conventional device, the automatic opening and closing device of the present invention serves to reduce equipment costs and can be maintained and repaired conveniently. 본 발명에 의한 비닐하우스의 환풍기 자동개폐장치는, 비닐하우스의 지지대 상에 마련되되, 환풍기본체에 대해 회동축을 통해 시소운동되게 설치되는 개폐구를 포함하는 복수의 환풍기; 상기 비닐하우스의 일측에 설치되며, 상기 개폐구에 동력전달로프로 상호 연결되어 상기 개폐구를 개방 시 발생되는 부하가 저감되도록 한쌍의 래칫기어와 상기 래칫기어의 회동을 탄성적으로 저지하는 탄성스토퍼가 마련되는 래칫장치부; 및 상기 환풍기 내 상기 회동축에 단부영역에 마련되어 상기 개폐구의 개방해제 시 상기 개폐구를 탄성적으로 롤백(roll-back)시키는 롤백 유니트를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의한 비닐하우스의 환풍기 자동개폐장치는, 한번의 래칫 회전 동작으로 자동으로 환풍기의 개폐가 가능할 수 있어 인건비가 감소되고 작업효율이 증가되며, 복수의 환풍기가 동기제어 가능하여 농작물의 생육상태를 제어할 수 있으며, 비교적 간단한 설비로 종래보다 간소화되어 장치 비용이 절감되고 유지 보수면에서 관리가 용이할 수 있다.
