Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a latch typed cut-out switch (COS) bracket which is easily coupled to a cross arm by performing a coupling work of a bolt and a nut on the ground and a coupling method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the latch typed COS bracket comprises: an S-type body having a plurality of grooves formed on an upper part thereof; a bolt and a nut having a certain length in the center of the body and coupled to each other; and an auxiliary plate surrounding a cross arm with the body by being coupled to the grooves of the body by the bolt and the nut. 본 발명은 걸쇄형 씨오에스브라켓 및 이를 이용한 체결 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 하나의 실시 예에 따른 걸쇄형 씨오에스브라켓은 상부에 다수의 요홈들이 형성된 S자 형상의 몸체 상기 몸체의 중간에 일정 길이를 가지며 결합되는 볼트 및 너트 및 상기 몸체의 요홈들과 상기 볼트 및 너트에 의해 체결되어 결합됨으로써 상기 몸체와 함께 완금을 에워싸도록 하는 보조판을 포함하여 구성된다.
