Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a geothermal energy system using an overlapped peristyle stake wall and a construction method thereof, which are capable of, when constructing the overlapped peristyle stake wall with 15-50 m of depth, which is used as a retaining wall for constructing an underground structure, installing a U-shaped heat exchange pipe together with a rebar net, circulating cold water in winter and circulating warm water in summer, exchanging heat with the ground whose annual temperature is even at around 15 °C, securing heated water for heating in winter and securing cooled water for cooling in summer, thereby capable of performing both heating and cooling. According to the present invention, the geothermal energy system using the overlapped peristyle stake wall comprises: concrete female stakes constructed in the ground to be separated at an interval which is shorter than its diameter; and concrete male stakes constructed in the ground to partially overlap with the female stakes in between the female stakes. Some or all of the male stakes comprise: one or more U-shaped heat exchange pipes placed on a surface side of the male stakes to pass through an upper side and a lower side and to be extended towards an upper side again; and hollow circular plates with groove-shaped openings formed along the outer circumference to have the U-shaped heat exchange pipes inserted and settled.
본 발명은 지하구조물의 시공을 위해 흙막이벽으로 사용되는 심도 15∼50m 정도의 겹침주열말뚝벽체를 시공할 때 철근망과 함께 U형 열교환배관을 설치하고, 계절별로 겨울에는 차가워진 물을 여름에는 따듯해진 물을 순환시켜서, 연간 온도가 15℃ 정도로 일정한 지중의 온도와 열교환 시킴으로써, 겨울에는 난방을 위해 데워진 물을, 여름에는 냉방을 위한 차가워진 물을 확보함으로써, 냉난방을 함께 할 수 있는 겹침주열말뚝벽체를 이용한 지열에너지시스템 및 그 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 지중에 직경보다 좁은 간격으로 서로 이격되도록 시공되는 콘크리트 암말뚝들; 상기 암말뚝들의 사이사이에 상기 암말뚝들과 일부 겹치도록 지중에 시공되는 콘크리트 숫말뚝들;을 포함하고, 상기 숫말뚝들중 일부 또는 전부는, 상기 숫말뚝의 표면측에 배치되고 상측에서 하측을 거쳐 다시 상측까지 연장되는 하나 이상의 U형 열교환배관과, 상기 U형 열교환배관이 삽입되어 안착되는 요홈 형상의 개구부들이 외측 둘레에 형성된 중공원판들을 포함한다. |
