Composition for blocking ultraviolet comprising aromatic amino acid or phenolic polymer as effective component

The present invention relates to an ultraviolet blocking composition containing copolymers of aromatic amino acids or derivatives thereof and of monomeric phenols, and homopolymers or copolymers of the monomeric phenols as active ingredients; and to a pharmaceutical composition for external skin application with an ultraviolet blocking activity. The polymers of the present invention can absorb not only ultraviolet rays (UVA, UVB) but also blue light, are structurally stable because of excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays, and thus are expected to be used in developing and producing ultraviolet blocking agents that require an ultraviolet blocking effect. 본 발명은 방향족 아미노산 또는 이의 유도체와 단량체 페놀의 공중합체, 단량체 페놀의 동종중합체 또는 공중합체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 자외선 차단용 조성물 및 자외선 차단 활성을 갖는 피부외용 약제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 중합체는 자외선(UVA, UVB)뿐만 아니라 청색광 영역의 빛도 흡수할 수 있으며 자외선에 대한 저항력이 우수하여 구조적으로 안정하므로, 자외선 차단 효과를 필요로 하는 자외선 차단제의 개발 및 생산에 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
