Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a hydration solution for a soft contact lens having a function of reducing an adsorption amount of a nonionic surfactant by increasing the solubility of the nonionic surfactant. The manufacturing method of a hydration solution for a soft contact lens having a function of reducing an adsorption amount of a nonionic surfactant comprises: a first step of mixing 97-99 wt% of a 0.9% sodium chloride saline solution, 0.9-2 wt% of a nonionic surfactant, and 0.1-1 wt% of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to manufacture a first hydration solution; a second step of immersing a polymerized lens in the first hydration solution at 100°C for 24 hours; a third step of adding 1 wt% of the nonionic surfactant to 99 wt% of the first hydration solution and 99 wt% of a commercial hydration solution to measure a cloud point of the nonionic surfactant; and a fourth step of measuring the optical density of the first hydration solution containing the commercial hydration solution and 0.1 wt% and 0.5 wt% of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). During contact lens hydration, washing power is improved and the adsorption amount of the nonionic surfactant is reduced. 본 발명은 비이온 계면활성제의 용해도를 높여 비이온 계면활성제의 흡착량 감소 기능을 갖는 콘택트렌즈용 수화용액의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 0.9% 염화나트륨 생리식염수 97~99중량%와 비이온 계면활성제 0.9~2중량%와 SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) 0.1~1중량%를 혼합하여 제1 수화용액을 제조하는 제1단계와 상기의 제1 수화용액에 중합된 렌즈를 24시간 동안 100℃에서 침지하는 제2단계와 제1 수화용액 99중량%와 시판용 수화용액 99중량%에 비이온 계면활성제 1중량%를 각각 첨가하여 비이온 계면활성제의 클라우드 포인트를 측정하는 제3단계와 시판용 수화용액과 SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate)가 각각 0.1중량%, 0.5중량% 함유된 제1 수화용액의 흡광도를 측정하는 제4단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비이온 계면활성제의 흡착량 감소 기능을 갖는 콘택트렌즈용 수화용액의 제조방법으로 콘택트렌즈 수화 시 세척력을 향상시키고 비이온 계면활성제의 흡착량을 감소시키는 효과가 있다.
