Zusammenfassung:	An embodiment of the present invention relates to a gelatin manufacturing system using a pulp filtering apparatus. The gelatin manufacturing system using a pulp filtering apparatus comprises: an extraction device extracting a collagen solution by hydrolyzing collagen in a raw material washed in a pretreatment device; a filtration device filtering out foreign substances contained in the extracted collagen solution; an ion exchange device removing inorganic ionic residues contained in the collagen solution to extract a gelatin solution; an ultrafiltration device concentrating the gelatin solution to increase the concentration of the same by heating the gelatin solution at a predetermined temperature; a concentrating device heating the concentrated gelatin solution to evaporate moisture therefrom so as to prepare the gelatin solution with increased concentration; a sterilizing device sterilizing the concentrated gelatin solution; a drying device cooling and drying the sterilized gelatin solution to gelatinize the same, and drying the gelatinized gelatin to retain 15% or less of a moisture content; a pulverizing device pulverizing the dried gelatin into a size of 10 to 50 mesh; and a packing device storing gelatin powder or granules pulverized by the pulverizing device in a packing container.
