Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a carbon fiber precursor which is, in a method for manufacturing the carbon fiber precursor by spinning an acrylonitrile-based polymer solution to obtain precursor fibers, followed by stretching spun carbon fiber coagulation with a pressurized steam, possible to obtain a high strength carbon fiber by reducing surface defects such as hairness or hair ball and able to improve processability and workability, by optimizing the fiber bundle entrance side tension (A), the outlet side tension (B), and the inlet side humidity (C) in which steam is introduced therein in a stretching step by the pressurized steam; the carbon fiber precursor obtained by a manufacturing method; and a high strength fiber obtained from the carbon fiber precursor.
본 발명은 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 용액을 방사하여 전구체 섬유를 수득한 후, 방사된 탄소섬유 응고사를 가압 스팀에 의해 연신하여 탄소섬유 전구체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 가압 스팀에 의한 연신 단계에서 스팀이 도입되는 섬유다발 입구측 장력(A)과 출구측 장력(B) 및 입구측의 습도(C)를 적정화함으로써 모우 또는 모옥과 같은 표면 결함을 감소시켜 고강도의 탄소섬유를 수득할 수 있으며, 공정성 및 작업성을 개선할 수 있는 탄소섬유 전구체의 제조방법, 이러한 제조방법에 의해 수득되는 탄소섬유 전구체 및 이러한 탄소섬유 전구체로부터 수득되는 고강도 탄소섬유에 관한 것이다. |
