Pre-treatment apparatus for anaerobic digestion of food wastes disposal

The present invention relates to a pretreatment apparatus for an anaerobic process. The pretreatment apparatus comprises: a storage hopper (1) for storing food waste; a bag splitting crusher (3) for primarily crushing the food waste and removing foreign matter; a fine crusher (5) for increasing a digestion efficiency by secondarily crushing the food waste into fine particles and removing inert matter; a dehydrator (7) for dehydrating the food waste from which foreign matter is removed while passing the bag splitting crusher and fine crusher (5); and a fine specific-gravity particles remover (9) for removing fine specific-gravity particles from water generated from the dehydrator (7) and discharging the fine specific-gravity particles to a subsequent process. The present invention can prevent the delay in bringing in the food waste by preventing the occurrence of a failure in an anaerobic digestion tank in advance. 본 발명은 혐기성 공정의 전처리 공정에 관한 것이다. 그러한 전처리 공정은 음식물 쓰레기를 저장하는 저장호퍼(1)와; 음식물 쓰레기를 1차적으로 분쇄 및 이물질을 제거하는 파봉 파쇄기(3)와; 음식물 쓰레기를 2차적으로 미세분쇄 및 협잡물을 제거함으로써 소화효율을 증가시키는 미세 파쇄기(5)와; 파봉 및 미세 파쇄기(5)를 통과하면서 이물질이 제거된 음식물 쓰레기를 탈수시키는 탈수기(7)와; 탈수기(7)로부터 발생한 수분으로부터 미세 비중물을 제거하여 후공정으로 배출하는 미세 비중물 제거기(9)를 포함한다.
