Method of manufacturing shaped biofuel using coffee sludge and it made thereby

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing pellets for fuel using coffee sludge and pellets manufactured thereby. The method comprises the steps of: (a) drying the coffee sludge not containing coffee grounds; (b) compressing the coffee sludge and subjecting the obtained liquid to oil-water separation, and then storing the filtered compressed coffee sludge oil; (c) milling the compressed coffee sludge to form coffee sludge powder; (d) filling a pellet mold with the coffee sludge powder and pressing to manufacture pellets; (e) spraying the compressed coffee sludge oil onto the surface of the pellets to coat the pellets, and filling and packing the pellets in a moisture-proof bag. The present invention has an effect of mass-producing pellets using the coffee sludge recognized as a raw material in biomass under the strong environmental law. 본 발명은 커피 슬러지를 이용한 연료용 펠렛 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 펠렛 에 관한 것으로, (a) 커피박을 포함하지 않는 커피 슬러지를 건조하는 단계와; (b) 상기 커피 슬러지를 압착하여 수득된 액체를 유수 분리한 후 여과된 커피 슬러지 압착유를 저장하는 단계와; (c) 압착된 상기 커피 슬러지를 분쇄하여 커피 슬러지 분말을 만드는 단계와; (d) 상기 커피 슬러지 분말을 펠렛 금형에 충전한 후 가압하여 펠렛을 제조하는 단계와; (e) 상기 펠렛의 표면에 상기 커피 슬러지 압착유를 분사하여 코팅한 다음 방습 포대에 충전하여 포장하는 단계로 구성됨으로써, 강력해진 환경법에서 바이오매스 중 원료로 인정된 커피 슬러지를 이용한 펠렛을 대량 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
