Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an apparatus for opening and closing a door with a foot. The apparatus for opening and closing a door with a foot comprises: a body installed at a door; a stopper rotatably mounted at the body, wherein an end part comes in contact with the ground surface in order to suppress a movement of the door in at least one direction; a separation elastic member providing tension to the stopper in order to separate the stopper from the ground; and a switch which is provided to lift a status where the stopper is in contact with the ground surface. 도어의 발 개폐기가 소개된다. 이 도어의 발 개폐기는 도어에 설치되는 본체와, 본체에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 단부가 지면에 밀착되어 상기 도어의 적어도 일방향 이동을 억제할 수 있도록 제공되는 스토퍼와, 스토퍼를 지면에서 분리시키기 위한 텐션을 상기 스토퍼에 제공하는 분리 탄성부재와, 스토퍼가 지면에 밀착된 상태를 해제시키기 위한 스위치를 포함할 수 있다.
