Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is an EMI gasket which can reliably shield an electronic component received inside from an electromagnetic wave. The gasket comprises: an elastic core having the width and the length greater than the thickness and having a through-hole passing through first and second surfaces in a thickness direction; an electrically conductive first cover attached to a lower surface of the core by interposing an adhesive; and an electrically conductive second cover attached to an upper surface of the core by interposing the adhesive. Openings are respectively formed in the first and second covers by corresponding to the through-hole, and a cover part integrally extended from the edge of the opening is formed. Cover parts of the first and second covers are attached to an inner side surface of the through-hole by covering the inner side surface, while all outer side surfaces are exposed along the edge of the core. 내부에 수용된 전자부품을 전자파로부터 신뢰성 있게 차폐할 수 있는 EMI 개스킷이 개시된다. 상기 개스킷은, 폭과 길이가 두께보다 크고, 두께 방향으로 상면과 하면을 관통하는 관통구멍이 형성된 탄성 코어; 접착제를 개재하여 상기 코어의 하면에 접착되는 전기전도성 제1커버; 및 접착제를 개재하여 상기 코어의 상면에 접착되는 전기전도성 제2커버로 구성되며, 상기 관통구멍에 대응하여 상기 제1커버와 상기 제2커버에 각각 개구가 형성되고 상기 개구의 가장자리에서 일체로 연장되는 덮개부분이 형성되고, 상기 제1커버 덮개부분과 상기 제2커버 덮개부분이 상기 관통구멍의 내측면을 덮고 접착되며, 상기 코어의 가장자리를 따른 외측면은 모두 노출된다.
