Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is an EMI gasket which can reliably shield an electronic component received inside from an electromagnetic wave. The gasket comprises: an elastic core having first and second surfaces which are opposite to each other in a thickness direction and having a through-hole passing through the first and second surfaces; and an electrically conductive cover attached to the core while covering the core by interposing an adhesive and having both ends in a width direction positioned on the second surface of the core. A part at a position facing the through-hole is cut in the cover to form a cover part which covers an inner side surface of the through-hole and adheres thereto. 내부에 수용된 전자부품을 전자파로부터 신뢰성 있게 차폐할 수 있는 EMI 개스킷이 개시된다. 상기 개스킷은, 두께방향으로 서로 반대인 제1면과 제2면을 구비하고, 상기 제1 및 제2면을 관통하는 관통구멍이 형성된 탄성 코어; 및 접착제(점착제)를 개재하여 상기 코어를 감싸 접착되고, 폭 방향 양단이 상기 코어의 제2면에 위치하는 전기전도성 커버로 구성되며, 상기 커버에서 상기 관통구멍에 대향하는 위치의 일부가 절개되어 덮개부분이 형성되고, 상기 덮개부분이 상기 관통구멍의 내측면을 덮고 접착된다.
