TRE TRE TYPE WASTE NaS BATTERY DISASSEMBLING SYSTEM

Provided is a system for recycling TRE-type waste sodium sulfur battery. The recycling system of TRE-type waste sodium sulfur battery comprises: a crusher which separates a waste sodium sulfur battery and pulls out an end cell, injects the same into the inside thereof, in which inert gases are filled, through a double door, and destroys the end cell; a thermal decomposition furnace which heats the end cell by means of an electric heater at 500°C or more to gasify polysulfide sodium sulfur contained in the end cell and sulfur pyrolyzed by sodium, pyrolyzes plugs made of plastic to gasify the same, and separates gas ingredients from crushed pieces of metals which are not gasified and sodium solutions; a sulfur recovery unit which condenses, heats and dehydrates the sulfur gasified from the thermal decomposition furnace, and gains sulfur in which water and reclaimed oil from plastics are separated and refined; a liquid sodium separating tank which separates a sodium solution having sulfur separated therefrom, crushed pieces of containers, and carbon from metals; a cooling tank which cools the metals from the sodium separating tank by means of oils therein, and floats the metals from the oils by means of a sealing liquid to discharge the metals; a sulfur refiner which separates a pyrolysis gas of plastics containing reclaimed oil from vaporization sulfur; a condenser which cools the vaporization sulfur from the sulfur refiner; an oil tank which accommodates the cooled vaporization sulfur from the condenser; and a ventilator which sends pyrolysis gas that does not become reclaimed oil to an exhaust gas processing device along with nitrogen, and detoxifies the same. The present invention safely recycles waste sodium sulfur batteries through a consistent system and uses existing facilities, thereby being economical. TRE식 폐 나트륨 황 전지 재활용 시스템이 제공된다. 상기 TRE 식 폐 나트륨 황 전지 재활용 시스템은 폐 나트륨 유황 전지를 별도로 해제 단전지를 꺼내 이중문을 거쳐 불활성 가스로 채워진 내부에 투입하여 파쇄하는 분쇄기; 단전지를 전열 히터에 의해 500 ℃ 이상의 온도로 가열함으로써 단전지에 포함된 다황화 나트륨 유황과 나트륨에 열분해된 유황은 가스화하고 플라스틱제 플러그도 열분해되어 가스화하고, 가스 성분은 가스화되지않는 금속류의 파쇄조각과 나트륨 액으로부터 분리하는 열 분해로; 열 분해로로부터의 가스화된 유황을 응축하고 가열하고 탈수하여 수분과 플라스틱의 재생유를 분리 정제한 유황을 얻는 유황 회수부; 유황이 분리되어 남은 나트륨 용액, 용기류의 파쇄 조각 및 탄소를 금속류로부터 분리하는 액체 나트륨 분리조; 나트륨 분리조로부터의 상기 금속류를 내장된 석유류에 의해서 냉각한 후 밀봉액으로 석유류에서 떠올라서 밖으로 배출하는 냉각조; 재생 오일을 포함한 플라스틱류의 열분해 가스를 증발 유황으로부터 분리하는 유황 정제기; 유황 정제기로부터의 증발 유황을 냉각하는 응축기; 상기 응축기로부터의 상기 냉각된 증발 유황을 수용하는 오일 탱크; 및 재생 오일이 되지 않는 분해 가스는 질소와 함께 배기 가스 처리 장치에 보내져 무해화 처리하는 배풍기를 포함한다.
