본 발명은 콘택트렌즈의 인쇄 층 위에 코팅되어 오팔광택을 유지하는 오팔광택 콘택트렌즈 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 습윤성 우레탄을 생산하는 단계와 펄 잉크를 생산하는 단계와 코팅용 물질을 생산하는 단계로 구성되며, 몰드에 탑 코팅용 물질을 찍는 제1단계와 탑 코팅용 물질 위에 펄 잉크를 찍는 제2단계와 펄 잉크 위에 HEMA 기반의 중합체 성분을 부가하는 제3단계와 몰드 뚜껑을 닫고 열 경화로에 투입하는 제4단계와 몰드를 분리하여 경화된 렌즈를 분리하고 멸균시키는 제5단계와 같은 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오팔광택 콘택트렌즈 제조방법으로 잉크층의 전사성을 높여 디자인 원본의 색상 및 색감을 그대로 유지할 수 있으며, 전처리를 통한 펄 잉크를 제공하여 안료의 내포성을 높이고 콘택트렌즈 내에서의 안정성을 높이는 효과가 있다. |
