Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cooling water activating agent, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a cooling water activating agent for reducing vehicle exhaust gas and improving fuel efficiency, which can increase a rate at which an engine absorbs heat and increase a rate at which the heat absorbed by the engine is exchanged with external cold air from a radiator by decomposing water molecules contained in the cooling water activating agent and increasing the surface area of water molecules. 본 발명은 냉각수 활성제 제조 방법에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는, 냉각수 활성제에 포함되는 물 분자를 분해하여 물 분자의 표면적을 증가시킴으로써, 엔진의 열을 흡수하는 속도를 증가시키고 엔진에서 흡수된 열을 라디에이터(radiator)로부터 외부의 찬 공기와 열을 교환하는 속도가 증가할 수 있는 자동차 매연 감소 및 연비 개선을 위한 냉각수 활성제 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
