The present invention includes a first boundary block disposed between the sidewalk and the roadway and having a groove portion formed at a predetermined depth toward the inside so as to collect rainwater flowing therethrough, a first drain unit disposed below the first boundary block, having an inlet open toward the groove portion so as to communicate with the groove portion, in which the depth of the groove portion and the width of the inlet portion are equal to each other or the width of the inlet portion is relatively larger to facilitate drainage of the rainwater collected into the inlet portion from the groove portion, and provided with a first rainwater draining portion having a first drainage space formed along the longitudinal direction while extending and opening into the inlet portion, a second boundary block disposed between the sidewalk and the roadway and facing or disposed close to the first boundary block on one side of the longitudinal direction, and a second drainage unit disposed below the second boundary block, having a second drainage space where one end of the first rainwater drainage part is penetrated and coupled to collect rainwater drained along the first drainage space of the first rainwater drainage part, and provided with a second rainwater drainage part having a drain at a position at a height toward the upper end from the lower end of one while being inclined toward the lower portion of the second drainage space on one and the other sides facing each other. According to the present invention, the drainage device includes the first and second drainage units, and thus rainwater collection and discharge can be smoothly performed in accordance with rainfall.
