Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system to control chlorine concentration for a seawater electrolysis facility, capable of controlling the chlorine concentration for a seawater electrolysis facility based on a predetermined algorithm and removing a calcareous film from an electrode. More specifically, the system comprises: a step (a) of calculating the chlorine concentration value based on the concentration of sodium thiosulfate (Na2SaO3); a step (b) of calculating the actual chlorine generation amount based on the calculated chlorine concentration value, and calculating an optimal chlorine generation amount to have an optimal chlorine concentration; a step (c) of controlling chlorine concentration in a seawater electrolysis facility so that the concentration becomes optimal based on the calculated actual chlorine generation amount and the optimal chlorine generation amount; a step (d) of removing a calcareous film from the surface of a cathode by electrically converting the polarity of an electrolysis electrode through a DC power device which is able to be bidirectionally controlled; a step (e) of predicting the lifespan of an electrode after removing the calcareous film; a step (f) of visually outputting a comprehensive driving condition; and a step (g) of determining whether the whole facility malfunctions or not. 본 발명은 해수전해설비 염소농도를 미리 정해진 알고리즘에 기반하여 피드백 제어하고, 전해극의 석회질 피막을 제거할 수 있는, 해수전해설비 염소농도 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, (a) 티오황산나트륨(NaSaO)의 농도를 기반으로 염소농도 값을 계산하고, (b) 계산된 염소농도를 기반으로 실제 염소발생량을 계산하며, 해수전해설비에서 최적 상태의 염소농도를 갖기 위한 최적의 염소발생량을 계산하고, (c) 계산된 실제 염소발생량과 최적의 염소발생량을 기반으로 해수전해설비 상의 염소농도가 최적이 되도록 염소가 발생되도록 제어하고, (d) 직류전원장치의 종래 단방향 제어를 양방향 제어가 가능하도록 구성하여 전기적으로 전해전극의 극성을 변환하여 음극전극 표면에 형성된 석회질 피막을 제거하며, (e) 석회질 피막 제거를 위한 전극의 수명을 예측하고, (f) 종합운전상태를 시각적으로 출력하되, (g) 전체설비의 고장 유무를 판단하도록 구성된, 해수전해설비 염소농도 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다.
